My name is Trish and my passion is eating! I love the whole experience of food...it fills my palate with such amazing tastes, smells, overtones and exciting new experiences that I just can't stop at one bite. It's simply blissful to me. And just because I have Celiac Disease hasn't stopped me one bit...and it shouldn't stop you either!

All of the products in the bakery are always gluten-free. Most can be made dairy/sugar/egg-free too! Take a look, I know you will find something that makes your mouth water!

May Highlights in the Bakery!
Happy May! Did April really go that fast? Holy cow! May brings a garden to plant! Aside from playing in the dirt, I'm spending a lot of time in the classroom! I just love the look on my students' faces when they realize that they can bake and cook gluten-free at home easily and deliciously! You can always find me through Granite Peaks (www.granitepeaks.org), and now, beginning in September, you can also find me through the Davis Applied Technology College in Ogden. Yes...you don't have to drive to me anymore, I will drive up to you! Private classes are also available as well. So...back into the bakery...it's time to get baking!
